The Award-Winning Pond Springs Historical Cemetery

Today, I had the pleasure of witnessing Buster receive recognition in the “Individual Achievement” category of “Keep Austin Beautiful”.  I cannot express how proud I am.  This was the first time entering into any such competition, and to be awarded “Runner Up” right out of the gate, with all the competition, is truly amazing.

I am in total awe of all of the volunteerism that exists in Austin.  The winning projects, the winners, were truly a sight to see.  And when Buster’s name was up on two large screens, in big letters, along with the words “Pond Springs Historical Cemetery Association” – folks, I got chills.  Congratulations Mr. Ferguson.
